60 Days Easy Return
At Alluree, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we make returns simple and stress-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 60 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and personal care items can only be returned if unopened and sealed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards.

Items marked as Final Sale.

Opened cosmetics or personal care products.
3. Return Process

Contact us at support@alluree.store with your order number to initiate a return.

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Pack the items securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges within 60 days. Simply contact our support team to arrange it.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@alluree.com. We will replace it at no additional cost.
