60 Days Easy Return

At Alluree, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we make returns simple and stress-free.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 60 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and personal care items can only be returned if unopened and sealed.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Opened cosmetics or personal care products.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@alluree.store with your order number to initiate a return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving the label.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges within 60 days. Simply contact our support team to arrange it.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@alluree.com. We will replace it at no additional cost.
